Valley-Rich Co., Inc. was built on the tradition of hard work and sacrifice. The father and son team of Dwight and Bruce Olson sold their pick-up truck and camper to begin the business in 1970. Dwight had established numerous relationships in the construction industry and those relationships, along with quality workmanship and a commitment to customer satisfaction, began a legacy.

Today, Bruce’s son and brother-in-law carry on the Valley-Rich traditions as co-owners of the family business. They are proud of the outstanding safety record and dedication of their employees.

Valley-Rich has established itself as a company that will go above and beyond to meet the needs of their customers and provide superior work and great service, as a team with integrity and experience.

A key focus of the owners and employees are OSHA 10 In-service Training, Competent Person Training, and A.W.A.I.R., (workplace accident and injury reduction program) to provide the safest environment possible for employees and clients.

Valley-Rich carries on the legacy that was started four decades ago by maintaining strong relationships, providing quality services, and having a staff committed to excellence in all areas of workmanship.
